Lamuri Return Policy
You have the right to return part or all of your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Lamuri does not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs.
You can return items at your own expense via any courier service of your choice. Make sure to select your preferred carrier when creating the return label.
Keep your proof of shipment, including the tracking number. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and the refund to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
During holidays and sale periods, processing and shipping of returns may be delayed due to high volumes of orders and deliveries.
Please note that Lamuri is not responsible for return packages that do not reach our warehouse for any reason.
