At Lamuri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, returning it is simple and straightforward. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register your return.
Need a different size or color? Exchanges can also be arranged through our return portal.
You can register your return easily via the return portal. Once your request is submitted, you'll receive a return label and instructions by email. Please have your order number ready so we can process your return quickly and smoothly.
As soon as we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund or ship out the replacement item — depending on your preference.
